It took me a while to reach out for Millie’s help, I was so trapped in my negative mind I didn’t want to admit to myself I needed the support. After my first phone chat with Millie my life had changed!
She made me feel comfortable and able to share all my thoughts and feelings freely without the fear of any judgement. I wasn’t aware of how negative I was towards myself until we started doing some work from within-something I’ve never done before. I have learnt that it’s okay to have bad days or feel uncomfortable at times but how to not let those bad feelings take over my life.
Millie has taught me how to love and appreciate who I am from the inside out, and I can now look at myself in the mirror and not attack myself for the way I look! I have learnt patience and how important having ‘me time’ is. Before I met Millie I couldn’t do anything by myself, even run to the shops if I needed something. Now I enjoy spending time alone and don’t let fears or anxiety stop me from doing what I want. I have a healthy relationship with food and no longer use food to cope with my emotions. I have grown so much and learnt to live with an ‘attitude of gratitude’ and it has changed my whole life! I am a different person than I was 6 months ago and couldn’t have done it with Millie’s help and support. She is truly passionate about working with women and is incredibly caring and a great friend.
