Avoiding confrontation is avoiding connection

Hello Beautiful
I’d love you to take a look at a recent video blog, where I speak on a topic I feel really strongly about and I know it will help EVERYONE.

The topic is: Avoiding Confrontation is Avoiding Connection. For years I was so scared of confrontation, if I was asked to speak up or have an opinion about something I would bite my tongue or run away. And you know what? Every single time I did that I felt a piece inside me die. Because I do have something to say, I do have an opinion about things, I do want to help people and have a positive impact in the world (and I can’t do that when I constantly avoid hard situations).

Running away from problems always landed me back into a similar situation with someone else, until I learnt the lesson. So through my personal development process, I acknowledged that I no longer want to react this way or hold back in difficult situations. So, I faced my fears and began to speak up (even when I was shaking and anxious)

In this 10 minute video I give you specific tools on how to stand up for yourself when you are feeling scared and I share my own story on how I went from being a professional people pleaser to a professional “speak my truth” master.

If you struggle to speak up – to your boss, managers, work colleagues or even with your family and friends than this video is for you.

I would LOVE to hear your feedback on this topic – either below or in the youtube comments.

I look forward to supporting you further.
Love and happiness
