I was constantly ‘in my head’ and living in the past, with disappointment, sadness and shame. From my first session I felt so comfortable with Millie. Her method of coaching really worked for me, an example being that she taught me to love myself and to ignore negative comments from family and friends.
Millie made me aware of my insecurities that stemmed from my childhood, my marriage. After my sessions with Millie I no longer agonise and cry over my past hurts. I have totally shaken the dark thoughts off. So now my past is like my present. I only have fond memories of the past.
