I initially reached out to Millie because I was feeling lost and didn’t feel connected to myself. I was constantly ‘in my head’ and living in the past, with disappointment, sadness and shame. From my first session I felt so comfortable with Millie (she is such a beautiful soul, who genuinely cares for the wellbeing of others). Millie’s method of coaching really worked for me, an example being that she taught me that it’s ok not to feel ok. This was a big one for me. I learnt to be ok with feeling uncomfortable. That in itself was so freeing. I, like everyone have moments when I don’t feel great, however now it doesn’t dictate how my whole day is going to be. Prior to working with Millie if something upset me I would carry it with me all day, declaring that the whole day was a ‘bad day’. Now I can sit with myself acknowledge my uncomfortable feelings, deal with them in the moment and then move on with my day. Millie’s strategies are real, they are so adaptable to our everyday lives. The love I have for who I am has increased ten fold since working with Millie. I love and appreciate who I am and am overwhelmed with gratitude for the amazing life I have. Millie helped me to unlock the power I had within myself to love and live to my fullest potential. Millie’s coaching was also fantastic for body confidence issues. I love and respect my body now and am so grateful for all that it has done and continues to do for me everyday. I am ever grateful for finding Millie.
